1. Sinigang

2. Papaitan

It is a popular dish in the northern part of the Philippines, particularly in Ilocos. It’s a bitter soup flavored soup from beef offals. It’s good for a cold season, especially in Tagaytay!

3. Chicken Binakol

Similar to Chicken Tinola, however, Chicken Binakol has coconut meat and water, which makes it tastier and more unique!

4. Sinampalukan

Another simple and easy dish, yet boosting with flavors! You could include this in your dining options this rainy season. This soup recipe is similar to Sinigang, however, the only difference is the use of tamarind leaves.

5. Sinaing na Tulingan

One of the Batangueños’ pride when it comes to food is the “Sinaing na Tulingan”. Mackerel slow-cooked in a clay pot flavored with camias. This Filipino delicacy is perfect for either lunch or dinner!
